Each candidate that enters this management-training program rises to his or her goal of a management position within six to nine months. By skillfully moving through this program, individuals are given the tools they need to successfully represent each client, bringing them the type of marketing and promotional results they seek.
Management Training Program
This is a program created specifically for the higher echelon candidate whom exhibit’s hard work, dedication, and loyalty. Responsibilities include:
- • A mass of full understanding of all functions of the business operations
- • Organize marketing and sales training based on clients’ goals
- • Train, mentor, and develop team members of all levels
- • All functions related to marketing and customer service
- • Learn recruiting, how to conduct a proper job interview and grasping on how to retain quality applicants

Market Managers are in charge of overseeing offices in territories across Portland, Vancouver and the United States. Each office is comprised of 10-15 team members. Responsibilities include: • Introduce new strategies in the search for new talent, including the interviewing and recruiting process • Motivate all sales and marketing team members to meet or exceed predetermined revenue goals • Guide the personal development of others through constructive feedback • Establish client expectations regarding any changes in campaign parameters • Various administrative tasks • Plan weekly conference calls dealing with all functions of the sales, customer service, and marketing programs • Payroll computation
General Market Manager
General Market Managers are in charge of overseeing offices in territories across the entire East Coast. Each office is comprised of 15 team members. Responsibilities include: • Create all territory assignments and distributions • Train less experienced team members on basic product knowledge • Engage in classroom style management training • Execute all marketing and sales techniques as requested by various clients • Develop new strategies for retention • Marinating direct communication with all clients and relaying information to other team members as needed
The Account Manager is responsible for directly overseeing all the employees on the specific account that they are managing. Our Account Executives will be in charge of all direct sales that occur on behalf of our clients. An Account Executive will learn the marketing and promotion aspects of the client and will deal with the consumers. Responsibilities include: • Direct product marketing and sales • Problem solving and the ability to communicate this information in the appropriate forum • Participate in meetings and conference calls • Performance goals • Strong customer service
Junior Partner (JP)
Junior Partner’s are in charge of the day-to-day operations within the company. JP’s oversee local managers and their team members, as well as other offices. Setting policies, create and maintain budgets, operations, and coordinate with local management to evaluate the company performance and efficiencies.
Responsibilities include: • Troubleshooting, problem solving, and quick, firm decision-making. • Able to advise others and take pressure off management, quickly and accurately assess information and share that information with Senior management often in concise reports • Back office (payroll, admin, finances etc.) • Recruitment strategies • Managing and supervising over 20 team members • Technology savvy

We do not place high importance on background or prior experience, as our goal is to introduce young professionals to a business oriented environment.
